Yes, we ship worldwide! 

We have a flat rate of $18.99 for international shipping.This will be added at the checkout. We offer FREE international shipping for orders over $350. 

No, you do not need a customer account to place an order.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Afterpay, GPay, ApplePay and DEVOI gift cards and store credit.

Once your order has been confirmed and accepted by us, our dispatch team endeavours to process it as quickly as possible so it is ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days.

Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for order processing during sale periods, due to higher than normal volumes of orders.

Your order’s dispatch date depends on processing times. Our team strives to handle all orders promptly.

Typically, orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our head office in Melbourne, Australia. However, during sale periods, please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days due to increased order volumes.

After your order is shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout, the carrier, and your location relative to our Melbourne head office.

Please note that delivery times are in addition to processing times.

Australian Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 2 to 8 business days after processing, depending on whether you are in a metro or non-metro area.
  • Express Shipping: Please allow 1 to 4 business days after processing, depending on whether you are in a metro or non-metro area.

International Delivery including NZ

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 8 to 14 business days after processing for your order to arrive. This may be longer over holiday periods such as Christmas.

Please note that once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving the notification.

Please ensure your items are eligible for return and meet our return conditions. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and returned within 30 days of purchase. Items marked as ‘final sale’ from our 'Sale' page are not eligible for return. Read our full returns policy.

To return your item/s, please read our returns policy to check your item/s are eligible for a return. If your item/s meet the conditions of return, please contact us first by email devoishop@outlook.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As we are not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.

If your returned items are eligible for a refund, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days from the date of delivery for us to assess and process the return. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your payment method and financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current processing times.

If you paid with a gift card, the order amount will be refunded back to your gift card minus the shipping amount.

Yes, we accept exchanges on all orders except for 'final sale' items. Please email us at devoishop@outlook.com with the items you would like to exchange your order for.

Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty. All items on our 'Sale' page are Final Sale.

Every product we send out undergoes quality control, but if you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, DEVOI will replace it or refund the cost if returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can assist you with the next steps. Include photos clearly showing the defect and a brief description for a preliminary assessment.
