how to measure

Bust:
To get the correct fit, measure around the fullest part of the bust.
Natural waist:
This is the narrowest point, normally above your belly button and below your rib cage.
Hips:
Hip point should be measured 20cm down from your natural waist, or the widest part of your bottom.
Domestic
Orders will be shipped during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.
Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for order processing during sale periods, due to higher than normal volumes of orders.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. We have a flat rate of $18.99 for international shipping. This will be added at the checkout. We offer FREE international shipping for orders over $350.
Returns policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase or date of delivery for online orders, unless the item is on sale. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase or delivery of your online order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer store credit in this instance.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned to us in original condition with all labels / tags attached.
Returns may take several days to process.
Sale Items & competition winners: For change-of-mind returns on sale items and competition wins, we offer exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for these items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As we are not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.
International orders
DEVOI will not credit any customs or duties due on your order, including items won in a competition. Such taxes are to be borne by customers within their own jurisdiction.
